Spend your time on judgement, not document-chasing

Your clients gather and the AI checks; you receive a complete, pre-validated dossier and a structured findings report. Review, sign off, stay accountable.

A Thai visa agent's day is mostly logistics: messaging clients for the document they sent in the wrong format, re-explaining the bank-statement window for the fifth time, retyping the same name into TM.7, TM.30 and the MFA form. That manual intake caps how many cases one person can carry — and reviewing dossiers serially, under time pressure, is exactly when preventable mistakes slip through.

MyWorldVisa flips the order of work. Your clients do the gathering through a guided, AI-checked wizard. You receive a complete, pre-validated dossier with a structured findings report. Your job becomes what it should be: judgement, sign-off and accountability — not chasing.

Agents on the platform can shepherd several times the case volume they handle today, with a lower rejection rate, because verification is systematic rather than reliant on a tired human reading the same checklist for the hundredth time.

How your day changes

Today

  • Client sends a WhatsApp photo
  • You chase the 6 missing docs
  • You read the dossier serially
  • You retype data into 4 forms
  • You email the partner agency

On MyWorldVisa

  • Client completes a guided, AI-checked wizard
  • The app blocks readiness until they're in
  • You open a structured findings report
  • Forms auto-fill from the case; you review
  • One-click handoff with consent + snapshot

You step in after the client has produced a complete file and the AI has checked it — at the point where your professional judgement actually adds value.

What the platform does for you

A pre-checked dossier, not a shoebox

Every case arrives only once it crosses a readiness threshold — required documents present, required questions answered, automated checks run. No more part-finished folders landing in your queue.

An AI verification report you work against

For each case, the platform produces a structured report across five passes — structural completeness, content sanity, cross-document consistency, dossier completeness, and a bounded set of discretionary risk checks. You work the findings; you don't re-read the pile.

You decide. The AI never does.

Every finding gives you four actions: Resolve, Override, Send back to the client, or Escalate. The AI surfaces; you adjudicate. Client-facing language only ever says “ready for review” — never “approved”.

Government forms, filled directly — the biggest time-saver

TM.7, TM.8, TM.30, TM.47 and the MFA application are filled from the case data and rendered onto the real printed forms, calibrated field-by-field. What used to be twenty minutes of transcription per form becomes a review.

Passport photos, fixed automatically

A client selfie becomes a compliant passport photo — correct dimensions, plain background, head size to spec — with quality flags (glare, eyes, sharpness) surfaced for your eye.

Multi-agent handoff with commission tracking

When a case exceeds your tier, hand it off in one step with PDPA-consented data sharing, an immutable evidence-quality snapshot, and a structured commission ledger — so referral terms are tracked, not guessed. You monetise leads you'd otherwise turn away.

Plus an evidence library with AI-suggested labels and a full audit trail; a queue, dashboard and analytics; a built-in AI helper grounded in the platform's own visa knowledge; and in-platform client messaging in English and Thai.

What an agent review looks like

Illustrative. A DTV (workcation) case in the review queue — state: Ready for review, completeness 100%, three open findings.

No blockers. Three quick judgement calls, generate the (already-populated) application form, mark the dossier submission-ready. Minutes, not an afternoon.

Blockers are reserved for genuine infrastructure failures (a document that won't decode). AI checks warn; agents decide. The platform never silently rejects an upload, and never silently passes a case it shouldn't.

Every visa, schema-driven

New visa types are data, not code — a configuration change adds a visa's questions, evidence rules, validations and forms without a software release. The platform supports Retirement & Marriage extensions; the four LTR categories; the DTV; Thailand Privilege; Non-Immigrant B, ED and O (Marriage); and the 90-Day Report and Re-Entry Permit.

Built for the way this industry actually operates

  • AI assists; the agent is accountable. The platform makes your judgement faster and more systematic — it never substitutes for it.
  • The lawyer-vs-agent line is enforced in software. Cases that flip into legal territory (appeals, overstays, blacklists, criminal history) are auto-flagged for escalation to a law-firm partner.
  • PDPA-first. Encrypted at rest, scoped access, audited reads, recorded consent on every handoff — professionalism you can demonstrate, not just assert.
  • Local inference. Client documents are processed on our own in-country GPU infrastructure. No client document is ever sent to a third-party AI service.
  • No outcome guarantees, ever. Written scope, clean document handling, a documented referral path — the posture that distinguishes a professional from the bad-actor mass the industry is rightly warned about.
