Privacy
Privacy is a feature, not an afterthought. Here's the short version.
Draft — this policy will be finalised with our legal entity details before launch.
Your photos
- The selfie you upload is used only to produce your passport or visa photo.
- Location and camera metadata (EXIF) is stripped during processing.
- Working files are deleted within minutes of processing. Your finished photos are available to re-download for 7 days, then automatically deleted.
- We never make your photos public, and we don't share them with third parties.
Your account
You sign in with Google only when you pay, which creates a photo-service account. This is kept separate from any future visa-application records — the two services do not share a login or a database.
The visa waitlist
If you joined our earlier visa waitlist, we store your email (and which visa interests you, if you told us) only to email you about the visa service. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Registering interest & partner introductions
If you register interest in our services (visa, property, legal, or money transfer), we store the details you give us — such as your name, contact details, timeline and what you're looking for — so we can help you. With your consent, given when you submit the form, we introduce you to the relevant trusted partners (for example a visa agency, property agents, a law firm, or a money-transfer provider) so they can assist you directly. We only share what's relevant to the services you selected, we don't sell your data, and you can ask us to stop or to delete your details at any time.
Payments
Payments are handled by our payment provider as merchant of record. We don't store your card details.
